You and your cosigner, if applicable, must:

Be able to demonstrate receipt of current and continuous income.
If self-employed, have been in business for at least two years and can provide copies of the most recent federal tax returns with all applicable schedules.

If you are planning to apply with a cosigner, but your cosigner is currently not present with you, you will still select "Yes" to applying with a cosigner below. At the end of your portion of the application, you can add your cosigner and an invitation to complete their section of the application will be sent to them.
