Analyst I - Client and Product Management
Status: Full-time, Exempt
Reports to: AVP
Summary
The Analyst I serves as the relationship partner by supporting implementations, product enhancements, and client initiatives. Analysts support clients both directly and indirectly through projects and research by collaborating with Product, Technology, Operations, and Governance. The Analyst I is responsible for creating and executing project plans, including requirement gathering, comprehensive testing, and timely delivery to meet client expectations. The ideal candidate is analytical, curious, organized, and excels at solving complex business problems while building strong client relationships.
What you'll do
- Support assigned clients by responding to inquiries and coordinating solutions.
- Provide updates on a regular basis to external and internal parties with details regarding current state of projects.
- Coordinate implementation activities for clients by developing project plans to monitor milestones and ensure successful delivery.
- Research client reported findings and recommend solutions to improve processes.
- Analyze client data to identify trends and potential growth opportunities.
- Act as the system expert to execute functional configuration changes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in client support, project coordination, business analysis, account management, or other related external-facing role preferred.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to research issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
- Ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions by asking thoughtful questions, gathering requirements, and collaborating cross-functionally.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working in an independent, remote environment with the expectation of participating in video and audio meetings.
- Experience in, or knowledge of, financial services, lending, banking, fintech, or software is preferred.
- Support the team with additional responsibilities as business needs evolve.
