Qualify

Thank you for your interest in a Brazos Parent Loan! Before you proceed, please keep in mind that, at a minimum, to qualify for a loan, you must meet the following:

A FICO score of at least 680, or apply with a co-signer with a FICO score of at least 680

A minimum income of at least $35,000, or apply with a co-signer with a minimum income of at least $35,000

Both you and your co-signer (if applicable) must be a Texas Resident

While other requirements do apply, we hope these minimum requirements will help you make an initial, informed decision on whether or not to proceed.
